Ginger is good for the heart and is a diet for rheumatism.

Ginger is a food digester, a food addict and beneficial to the throat.

Ginger heals inflammation, cold, cough, respiratory diseases like respiratory diseases, throat diseases, constipation, vomiting and colic.

We can make Ginger marmalade and its lick (avaleh). And if we mix salt and lemon juice in ginger, we can make pickles from it.

(1) By taking ginger with starch and rock salt(sindhav) or salt, It is good in
digestive, gastrointestinal and also it destroys constipation and rheumatism.

(2) Two teaspoons ginger juice, two teaspoons lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon of rock salt before meals, It heals inflammation of the stomach, cleansing of the mouth and heart, vowel (The sound subsides), cough, shortness of breath, indigestion, anorexia, constipation, bloating, cough, flatulence and cures anorexia.

(3) It is good diet to take salt and ginger all the time before meals. It helps in gastrointestinal irritant, relish Inflames and cleanses the tongue and throat.

(4) Ginger is beneficial in leprosy, vitiligo, hangover Urinary incontinence, leprosy, ulcers, fever and inflammation. Ginger is not benevolent in summer and autumn.

(5) Five to six pieces of ginger like chickpeas boiled in one glass water.

When half the water is left, strain the same amount of milk and one
pour a teaspoon of sugar

If we drink it slowly like ordinary tea in the morning, evening, it heals in the cough, cold, cough, headache. Also the back and chest pain will go away.

Since ginger is sharp and hot with this treatment obstacles to the body’s microscopic pathways are removed.

Proper digestion of food and juice, blood with the growth of metals, the body becomes healthy and beautiful.

The one who has biliary diseases and those with biliary nature, they should not do this treat.

(6) Children, youth, the elderly, pregnant women can use ginger without fear.

(7) By mixing two teaspoons of ginger juice and two teaspoons of honey,
and taking it in the morning, afternoon and night, It disappear the
diseases of the throat and phlegm.

(8) In all stomach diseases except ulcers, Pour four teaspoons of ginger juice in water and drink it in the morning and evening. Four teaspoons ginger juice, two teaspoons honey, Drinking it in the morning and evening, it heals in the testicular airway, Cough, and disappears anorexia and colds.

Ginger lick:

1. Take 500 gms ginger and chisel it.
2. Take 500 gms clarified butter (Ghee)
3. Stir that chisel slowly over low heat and Bake stirring it.
4. when the burning turns red, Mix 500 gms of jaggery syrup and stir well
5. Amazing! Your ginger lick is ready and fill it in a bottle.
6. This lick is very much beneficial in below diseases
7. This lick makes you feel hungry, Increases appetite, weight gain and cough.
8. It is also very much beneficial to women specially in Uterine defects and irregularities Menstruation.
9. Pregnant women should take this lick for one and a half months so that there will not be waste in the uterus.
